Hey there, I’m Stephanie.

I’m a Seattle native, wife of a church planter, and mama of 3, who loves Jesus, books, coffee, and adventuring outdoors.

You can often find me on a walk or hike, playing with my girls, serving our local church, or sitting on the couch surrounded by books and a laptop. I love to write, but more specifically, I love pointing people to Jesus. In my own story and struggles, I have found that it is only at the feet of Jesus that I find true rest. My wandering soul that so easily clings to approval, power, and work, has been rocked again and again by the freedom found in Christ. Because of His life, death, and resurrection, I am now given a new life in Him.

So if I were sitting across from you right now, I’d want to tell you one thing: You belong. Whether you’re walking through a season of loneliness, suffering, anxiety, or joy, there is always room for you at the table of God. We can spend our whole lives racing for worthiness, but only faith in the gospel ceases our striving. Jesus is the only satisfier of our souls—only in Him are we fully accepted despite our flaws and failures. So grab a cup of coffee, and relish in the words that you belong. Let’s learn to be, and long for God together.
